Requirements
Are you the go-to person when tech breaks down?A leading high-tech company is looking for a skilled and reliable IT Support Specialist to help keep systems running smoothly, support employees, and solve technical issues with speed and professionalism.
Your responsibilities may include:
Providing Tier 1–2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
Managing onboarding and offboarding of users and equipment
Monitoring system health and escalating critical issues
Supporting remote teams and SaaS tools
Documenting incidents and solutions in a knowledge base
Ideal candidates will:
Have 1–3 years of IT support experience (corporate/tech environment a plus)
Be great communicators and troubleshooters
