Requirements

Are you the go-to person when tech breaks down?A leading high-tech company is looking for a skilled and reliable IT Support Specialist to help keep systems running smoothly, support employees, and solve technical issues with speed and professionalism.

Your responsibilities may include:

  • Providing Tier 1–2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues

  • Managing onboarding and offboarding of users and equipment

  • Monitoring system health and escalating critical issues

  • Supporting remote teams and SaaS tools

  • Documenting incidents and solutions in a knowledge base

Ideal candidates will:

  • Have 1–3 years of IT support experience (corporate/tech environment a plus)

  • Be great communicators and troubleshooters
